Healthy Broccoli, Rice, and Chicken Casserole
Here is a recipe that takes about an hour to prepare and cook so getting it ready ahead of time may be required. I love broccoli so i am biased towards this recipe simply because of that. I know how much good things are in broccoli to help protect your health and i also love the taste of chicken. Rice gives it some carbs that will not only add bulk to make you feel fuller but also provide you with needed energy. Enjoy!

Healthy Broccoli, Rice, and Chicken Casserole Ingredients:
5 Boneless Chicken Breasts , diced into 1 inch cubes
1 cup of white rice ( I actually prefer Nishiki Premium Brown Rice
), or you may also use instant rice (just remember though that different kinds of rice will produce completely different cook times.)
2¼ cups of milk
1 (10.75 oz) can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup with Herbs
1½ cup of thawed broccoli florets
1¾ cup of shredded heddar cheese
1 sleeve of crushed Nabisco Ritz Snack Cracker
Healthy Broccoli, Rice, and Chicken Casserole Instructions:
Pre-heat the oven ( I prefer my Breville Smart Oven click here to check it out ) to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and then very lightly oil a 9 x 13 inch Casserole Dish

Using a sizeable bowl, toss all of the ingredients apart from the Ritz crackers, all together until well incorporated.
Pour all of the incorporated ingredients into the oiled casserole dish, spread out into a level layer, and then spread the Ritz crackers over the .
Bake the mixture, for about 40 to 50 minutes, or whenever the rice and the chicken look done cooking
In order to obtain a much deeper, golden color, you can place the casserole beneath the Oven Broiler for about another 3 to 5 minutes. Make sure you watch it very carefully!
Serve right away.
